Technical Product Owner Trainee -Design/UI/UX- Zalo Notification Service

The Programme

Zalo Cloud is a digital ecosystem empowering business to leverage Zalo’s extensive user base for diverse objectives.  
 
Our flagship product, Zalo Notification Service (ZNS), is among Zalo's top three revenue-generating B2B products, sending over 150 million messages monthly to facilitate transaction notifications, appointment reminders, and customer care.  
 
We aim to make ZNS a standard business notification channel on Zalo and evolve Zalo Cloud into a comprehensive management hub.  
 
To achieve this, we are seeking a Product Owner Trainee with a career focus on Product Management to join our journey.

What You Will Do

• Conduct comprehensive research on market products to understand features and structural nuances;  
• Develop and propose innovative solutions tailored for Zalo Cloud products, enhancing their functionality and market competitiveness;  
• Prepare well-structured documents, presentations, and data analysis to support compelling product pitches to stakeholders;  
• Participate in feature design for Zalo Cloud products, focusing on product structure and UI/UX design;  
• Oversee the implementation plans for features/ products, ensuring timely delivery through careful management of timelines, development processes, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Last-year student or recent graduate in a technical field;  
• Prior experience or strong interest in case assistance for consulting jobs, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills; 
• Excellent research and data analysis capabilities to support evidence-based decision-making;   
• Solid understanding of Agile Product Development processes; 
• Project management experience is a significant advantage; 
• Must demonstrate responsibility, attention to detail, and a penchant for innovation; 
• Clear career trajectory in Product Management;
