Social Media Intern

What You Will Do

• Community Management - Monitoring Social Platform (Facebook Fan page, Instagram Business, TikTok): reply comments and inbox, maintain users’ interaction, collect and fill data contests/minigames. 
• Social Analysis - Report Analysis: Fan page Management Report, and Fan page Tracking Report. 
• Supports Social Planning (Social Plan, Influencers Plan). 
• Other assigned tasks by Line Manager.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Full-time Intern - Duration: 6 months & willing to become a trainee & official employee. 
• Graduated from Marketing, Business or related fields. 
• At least 3 months experience or a high interest in Social Community Management. 
• Ability to work under pressure. 
• Flexible, careful, diligent, detailed. 
• Can do attitude. 
• Frequently use and be enthusiastic for social networks; quickly update hot topics or social trends on social media.

Report To: Social Media Executive, Social Influencer & Innovation Manager. 
 
Promotion: Social Media Trainee
