Support the Account Manager servicing clients through - Binding and Filling Contract, Follow up Premium payment, Managing Mid-Term Adjustments etc.
What You Will Do
- Follow up Insurance Card issuance.
- Follow up Communication Documents issuance and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Prepare Periodic presentation.
- Prepare Quotation Comparison File.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
Required Skills and Abilities
- University degree.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Fresh graduated, or around 01 years working in insurance is a plus.
- High integrity, innovation and teamwork.
- Presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be able to work under high pressure.
- Fluent English in both writing and speaking skills.
