Employer Branding Collaborator - Administration - Business Operations

What You Will Do

• Build and develop partnerships with local and global universities for co-op programs, sponsorships, and workshops, nurturing future talent. 
• Plan and execute talent programs and communication plans to grow the tech community, attract and engage top talent with a unified message. 
• Manage and track communication channels for talent engagement such as emails, Zalo official account, websites, newsletters, and monthly meetings. 
• Evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding projects by reviewing feedback, analyzing metrics, and suggesting improvements to enhance the impact. 
• Support the team in carrying out any sort of project (i.e.: operation, document...).

Required Skills and Abilities

• Final Year students or fresh graduates in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 
• Creative copywriting and strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. 
• Robust project management competency, with a focus on detail and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. 
• Open-minded, motivated and strategic mindset with long-term goals. 
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
