HR Intern - Talent Acquisition Center (International)

Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with the HR/recruiting team to understand HR program requirements and team goals by applying creativity and innovation to support the fast-paced HR team globally;
• Collect valid data and analyze hiring funnels to ensure recruiting health and help with hiring efficiency improvements;
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to better support global recruiting excellence;
• Assist with performance review of employees and the implementation of employee care activities;
• Support on recruiting issues if neccesary.

Qualifications

• Prefer students who graduate in 2022 or 2023;
• Demonstrate interest in human resource field. Keen to connect with people;
• Fluent in reading, writing and oral English, multilingual ability is a plus;
• Great communicator and team player;
• Proven ability to develop sound research methodologies and collect, synthesize, analyze, and interpret data.
