The Programme

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a keen interest in innovation and technology, possessing strong technical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills to maintain our computer data allocation efficiently and ensure user satisfaction and productivity. 
 
As an Intern – Technical IT, you will play a vital role in supporting the global PC Lifecycle.  
 
Your responsibilities will include providing support, maintenance, and recovery services for end-users' PCs.

What You Will Do

• Monitor and promptly address end-user requests in IT Logistic support queues. 
• Collaborate with global IT teams regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires. 
• Analyze usage patterns and trends to identify optimization opportunities. 
• Track and report on key metrics related to computer systems. 
• Assist in managing hardware recovery processes. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset lists. 
• Develop documentation for user/admin tasks and configurations. 
• Demonstrate accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

Required Skills and Abilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with business analytics tools, preferably Power BI, is a plus. 
• Proficiency in verbal and written English is mandatory. 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP asset management tools. 
• Knowledge of ticketing systems, particularly Service Now. 
• Experience supporting users via ticketing systems.
