What You Will Do

LMS (40%):

  • Manage data to upload fully on LMS system through master training plan.
  • Maintain and update training attendance and training evaluation on the system and local as well as regional report.

Training arrangement (50%):

  • Design communication materials to communicate monthly training calendar.
  • Facilitate & arrange activities of Business Development Onboarding, Orientation for new hires.

Learning & Development projects (10%):

  • Support L&D Projects if any.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
