The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
What You Will Do
- Nurture relationships with a group of Social Potential Sellers.
- Create initiatives to enhance seller's social performance (e.g. improve quality & number of posts).
- Negotiate & promote co-operations with sellers (e.g. get the best deals for various campaigns).
- Track, monitor and evaluate activities of sellers on social channels.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Experience as sales / telesales is preferred.
- Nimble, agile, able to nurture relationships with customers and to handle the job effectively.
- Proactively learn on the job.
- Diplomatic and negotiation ability.
- Creative in creating posts on social channels.
- Able to work full-time in 3 months, anyone with a business-oriented mindset and desire to stay in the company after the internship will be prioritized.
