Document Supply Chain Intern - Administration

What You Will Do

• Process and distribute existing documentation for completed orders, including Certificates of Origin, Warranty, and Quality. 
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation according to established procedures. 
• Assist in the implementation of new document types (Bill of Lading, Custom Declaration, Packing List, Commercial Invoice (excluding prices)) into the document supply chain process. 
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding documentation in a timely and professional manner. 
• Participate in the ongoing improvement of the document supply chain process.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Academic background: Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related majors. 
• Proven ability to deliver results collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Full-time 6 months internship.
