Workplace Experience Trainee - Communications

Led by the Site Workplace Experience Head, our team is dedicated to organizing impactful events and effective communication initiatives that promote Sanofi's culture and values. 
 
As a Workplace Experience Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in:

• Event Management: Support the administration team in organizing key internal events, including company picnics, family days, year-end parties, and other celebrations, with the goal of strengthening team spirit and providing exceptional service. 
• Communication: Develop and distribute engaging content that highlights the organization's activities, achievements, and news, thereby enhancing the internal image of the Industrial Affairs (IA) department within Sanofi Vietnam. 
• Guest Services: Coordinate logistics for expatriates visiting Vietnam for business, including visa arrangements, work permits, and accommodation. 
• Additional Responsibilities: Assist with various administrative duties as needed, including managing the library, supporting technical aspects of meeting rooms, and collaborating with committees to organize events and generate ideas.

Required Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Educational Background: A degree from a Foreign Language, Administration, or Communication University is preferred.  
• Additional qualifications in design and publishing software are advantageous. 
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office. 
• Experience: Prior experience in event organization, design, article editing, or similar roles. Experience as a member of an event organization or administrative team is desirable.
