This role is critical in supporting to drive and accelerate PVN’s HR across Departments and achieving HR functional excellence. The incumbent will mainly assist TA/ HRBP Manager in recruitment and employee engagement activities implementation as well as performing admin tasks.

What You Will Do

  • Explore & source the efficient recruiting channels to attract qualified candidates based on provided JD for professional level and below (4A/B, intern)  .
  • Be responsible for CV tracking, applicant screening, phone interviewing & maintaining candidate database.
  • Conduct the interview and selection process for assigned vacancies.
  • Support to manage and monitor job posting on both internal and external channels.
  • Consolidate and generate recruitment report.
  • Ensure candidate’s Pre-onboarding process is strictly follow company’s guideline.
  • Engage and support HR team to organize employer branding activities in universities.
  • Assist all projects, events, executions and any other requests that is required by the TA team.
