As a HR Intern, your core responsibilities are:

  • Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of your HR project from the beginning, and you will be given specific projects and responsibilities. 
  • Continuous coaching & mentoring– you will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • 2nd or 3rd year University students. 
  • Excellent visionary, strategic, and strong leadership skills. 
  • You are an excellent visionary, strategic and fearless leadership skills. 
  • You display strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset especially during issues. 
  • You have an ability to drive innovation and business growth. 
  • You have the ability to handle multiple priorities and take initiative and show flexibility. 
  • English Fluency (written and spoken).
