As an Automation Intern, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, innovation and leverage digital solutions.  
 
This internship is designed for students with a keen interest in automation, robotics, digital technologies, and their integration into modern business practices. 
 
Your Team

• You will report to the Product Supply Manager and be based in P&G Binh Duong Plants.

What Success Looks Like:

• You will lead an Automation Project to handle tasks regarding the assembling and repairing the production equipment and automation gears. 
• Identify and recommend changes and ways to improve production processes.

As an intern in Engineering:

• Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of your project from the beginning and be given specific projects and responsibilities. 
• Continuous coaching & mentoring– you will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Current university students with Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or relevant majors and are available to work full-time from July – Sep 2024. 
• Have excellent visionary, strategic and fearless leadership skills. 
• Display strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset especially during issues. 
• Ability to drive innovation and business growth. 
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and take initiative and show flexibility. 
• English Fluency (written and spoken).
