Trainee, Admin - Sales Effectiveness Team

What you will do

 

  • Preparing, translating and following up all contracts.
  • Following up payment’s status of clients.
  • Working with finance department to process all payments.
  • Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation.
  • Admin works such as: Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment, preparing individual & team’s awards, booking rooms and conference facilities, preparing material for meeting, etc.
  • Other assignments if any.

 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • University/ College degree.
  • Good communication in English for both written and spoken.
  • Proficient with computer programs.
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned.
  • Working full day from 8.30am-5.30pm in 6 months.
