What you will do
- Preparing, translating and following up all contracts.
- Following up payment’s status of clients.
- Working with finance department to process all payments.
- Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation.
- Admin works such as: Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment, preparing individual & team’s awards, booking rooms and conference facilities, preparing material for meeting, etc.
- Other assignments if any.
Required Skills and Abilities
- University/ College degree.
- Good communication in English for both written and spoken.
- Proficient with computer programs.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned.
- Working full day from 8.30am-5.30pm in 6 months.
