Marketing Intern

The Programme

Mazars Communication Department is recruiting Marketing Intern who are proactive undergraduates seeking for opportunities to kick off their professional career in B2B Marketing.

What You Will Do

• Create and maintain graphic design for print and digital materials adhered to brand guidelines 
• Assist in photo editing for website & other print materials. 
• Assist in video production (shooting, editing, etc.) 
• Assist in ensuring proactive planning, communication and scheduling of a wide variety of events. 
• Help coordination of overall event execution. 
• Support proposal template development. 
• Brainstorm ideas, visualize and contact vendors for goodies production (example: brochures, leaflet, gifts). 
• Post-event follow-up if needed. 
• Assist with administrative tasks as necessary. 
• Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe apps focus): InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
• Knowledge of video editing software. 
• Being able to communicate in English and Vietnamese. 
• Excellence in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
• Being able to work as full-time intern for Mazars from 3 months to 6 months. 
• Ability to contribute individually and participate in cross-functional teams. 
• Graphic Design major is preferred.
