Group Controlling Analyst Intern - Engineering - F/M/X

The Programme

As a Group Controlling Analyst Intern, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 
 
Ensure the monthly intercompany transactions and cost split per business managers/directors P&L:

• Handle monthly calculations and imports. 
• Participate in the improvement of the process including specifications for application development and process documentation.

Assist the group Profit & Loss reporting process:

• Conduct gap analysis: Actual vs Forecast vs Budget. 
• Communication with FP&A analyst. 
• Help in presentation preparation. 

Participate in correct cost and revenue analytical allocation at group level:

• Support the quarterly allocation cleaning. 
• Monitor wrongly allocated costs and revenues. 
• Work closely with local FP&A, accounting team and finance partners for corrections.

Development of financial tools for entities and for the group.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Final year students in an engineering or business school majoring in Finance or Controlling. 
• Meticulous, reliable, reactive, autonomous, and having a good capacity to work and communicate. 
• You are looking for Gap year or End of studies internship. 
• A good ability to use computer tools (Excel) is necessary, and knowledge in Programming (Python) would be an asset. 
• Fluency in English.
