Finance & Accounting Trainee Program - Finance Track

The Programme

As a Finance Trainee, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Support the Finance Controller in managing the financial operations of the organization. This includes assisting with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting, throughout the duration of the 6-month to 1-year program. 
• Involve learning and applying accounting principles, internal controls, and financial processes to ensure accurate financial reporting. 
• Assist with preparing the board, analyzing financial data, and identifying trends and issues that require attention. 
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the accurate and timely flow of financial information.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Final year students or Graduated students from a business school majoring in Finance/Controlling/relevant majors who can commit to join 5 full days per week. 
• Strong aptitude for financial analysis. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Good English communication. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
