Finance & Accounting Trainee Program - Accounting Track

The Programme

As an Accounting Trainee, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

• Assist the daily accounting processes for different subsidiaries, at the international level. 
• Be responsible for the accounting data entries in all different ledgers. 
• Bookkeep and check: payable invoices, claim expenses, bank inputs, and other accounting inputs, according to IFRS, local & group accounting rules. 
• Taking on additional tasks to learn more about accounting and office operations. 
• Prepare the accounting checklist according to the deadlines and its rules. 
• Support in the preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit, Tax inspection purposes.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Final year students or Graduated students from a business school majoring in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing or relevant majors who can commit to join 5 full days per week. 
• Being motivated to work in accountancy at a multinational level. 
• Having a basic understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Good English communication. 
• Good ability to use Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is necessary. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
