SCM Operations Agent - Logistics/Supply Chain - 9-months Contract

The Programme 

The Counter Associate is responsible for managing all the Counter activities including dispatch documents to operations team 

What You Will Do 

• Own all Counter activities for the location. Issue documents (FCR, HBL, CBL, HAWB, D/O) to customer upon receipt of payment. 
• Collect required shipping documents from customers. Check and update the system, then dispatch it to the Operations team or Consignee in oversea. 
• Ensure payments received are updated in SAP. Issue VAT invoice, make reports, and submit to Finance.  
• Support Customer Service teams, Operations team in customer query resolution and exception handling. 
• Maintain high service level and professionalism towards customers. Resolve daily issues and ad-hoc cases, escalate where needed. 
• Support customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling. 
• Initiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity and work quality.
• Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

• Graduated from college or university with relevant majors in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or Language. 
• Good communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently. 
• A customer-minded attitude is a must. 
• Team player – Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork. 
• Fresh or intern experience preferably in SCM Documentation or system handling. 
• Influent Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook) 
• Influent English, especially in writing and reading.  
• Passion in working with processes, documents or systems with a careful sense. 
• Proactive and quick learning, strong mind of improvement. 
• Team players can coordinate with teammates for common goals.
• Power BI, automation application understanding is a plus.  

This role is a temporary role with 9 months contract.
