What You Will Do

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute FINOPS tasks including rate management, service to charge consolidation, Account Receivable & Account Payable follow up with professional pro-active manner. 
• Ensure all FINOPS activities are conducted in compliance with SOP/ IOP.  
• Take ownership of the customer/carrier issues and solve issues in an urgent and responsible manner. 
• Closely monitor and coordinate with stakeholders to achieve and sustain FINOPS KPIs. 
• Look for improvements in ways of working and drive for service delivery excellence. 
• Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Graduated with relevant majors in Logistics/Supply Chain/Finance major. 
• 1 year experience or 6 months internship at another global logistics company is preferred. 
• Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, power point, outlook, ...), Power BI, automation application understanding is a plus. 
• Good in English communication skills is required. 
• Passion in working with process, system, finance with a careful sense. 
• Proactive and quick learning, positive attitude, strong mind of improvement. 
• Well-organized when working under pressure. 
• Good communication & interpersonal skills and should be able to build good working relationships. 
• Teamwork can coordinate with teammates for common goals.
