HR Communication Intern - Marketing

What You Will Do

Employee Engagement Platform (70%):

• Design weekly digital communications assets (banner, poster, FB post, Email template, Newsletter) for frequent Bravo app communication. 
• Deliver appropriate communication for Bravo communication activity (Facebook Focus post, News, Announcement, Mini Game, EE engagement activity). 
• Produce new ideas/entertaining game, activity to boost EE engagement and traffic on app. 
• Be involved in executing internal events (preparing power-point, proposal plan, execution).

Internal HR events (30%):

• Design weekly digital communications assets (Video, banner, poster, FB post, Email template, Newsletter…) for Share and Care program & Other internal events. 
• Support team for internal Share and Care events (communication, logistic, design, technical support).

Required Skills and Abilities

• Student who can work full-time with major in Marketing, Communications, PR. 
• Have sense of Beauty and Design artwork. 
• Design skills: Ability to use Canva, Power Point, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effect (or alternative movie maker app). 
• Have experience of Launching Campaign activation, implementing integrated Marketing plan, social media. 
• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese. 
• Good team working spirit, Future-focused, Result-oriented, Can-do attitude, willing to learn & develop.
