You will be part of our Human Resources team, providing operational support across a range of people-related topics.\xa0

Your Role:\xa0
\xa0\xa0
You will be responsible for supporting efficient execution of a range of operational tasks related not limited to HR processes, projects, POD, recruitment, employer branding, total rewards, and all aspects of the employee life cycle.\xa0

What You Will Do\xa0

Handle recruitment process including screening applications, conducting first interview, interview arrangement and support candidate to ensure the quality of their experience, send response emails to candidates.\xa0
Perform daily Human Resources duties such as on-boarding and off-boarding formalities etc.\xa0
Administer employee’s records and ensure required personal documents are in place.\xa0
Daily communication between Service provider and KN staff on data/ supporting documents, but not limited to,
Social/Health/ Unemployment insurance, PIT, leave records, etc.\xa0
Support for employees' medical insurance.\xa0
Handle PIT exemption supporting document collection and proper filing system.\xa0
Carry out HR activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory compliances.\xa0
Provide response to employee’s enquiries on HR related matters.\xa0
Check attendance records before monthly payroll and provide support related to data quality to Payroll team.\xa0
Keep track on probation, labor contract renewal timely.\xa0
Support to proceed work permit application for expatriates.\xa0
Update data on systems promptly.\xa0
Prepare HR reports and meeting related materials as requested.\xa0
Contribute the process improvement projects, events, function and etc.\xa0
Provide support on HR initiatives.
Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Manager.\xa0\xa0

Required Skills and Abilities\xa0

Last year student or fresh graduate who wants to learn and grow in HR field.\xa0
Can join the internship full time for 1 year.\xa0
Careful, responsible, detail-oriented, people-oriented, can-do attitude and willing to learn.\xa0
Logical thinking, able to do multiple tasks.\xa0
Good at communication & problem-solving skills.
Good command of English.\xa0\xa0
