HR - Admin Intern - Visily

The Programme

We are seeking a motivated HR Admin Intern to join our team.  
 
As an HR Admin Intern, you will work closely with our HR department to support various administrative tasks and gain valuable experience in human resources operations. 

Below are some key responsibilities expected of you:

• Assist with the recruitment process, new hire orientations, and onboarding procedures. 
• Assist with maintaining employee records and updating HR databases and documents. 
• Provide support in organizing HR-related events, meetings, employee activities, HR projects, and initiatives as needed.
• Provide support in daily office operations.

Visily is an AI-powered UI design software started from KMS Labs, the startup incubation arm of KMS Technology.  
 
Our team consists of technology entrepreneurs who have built successful product companies from scratch:

• QASymphony - test management platform, merged with Tricentis, valued at $2B. 
• Kobiton - mobile testing platform, raised $34M with over 60K customers. 
• Katalon - test automation platform, raised $27M with over 1M users. 
• GroveHR - HR platform used by 32K companies.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Final year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn. 
• Prior experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus but not required.
