What You Will Do

Administrations:

• Responsible for receptionist full time. 
• Support with monitoring and maintaining office service and equipment inventory supplies, orders replacement supplies as needed (stationary, water, pantry supply, etc.) 
• Support in booking air tickets, car rental, taxis, and checking service usage data at the end of the month. 
• Work with housekeeping team to ensure office is tidy up. 
• Support to organize the event, activities. 
• Other tasks assigned by Workplace Ambassador.

Facilities Management:

• Have opportunity to work with facilities management systems. 
• Having SEA team online meeting every quarter.

Required Skills and Abilities

• English, Business major. 
• Minimum 3 months internship commitment. 
• Good in English communication. 
• Good computer skills such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) 
• Able to work under pressure or working with multi tasks at the same time.
