Reservation& Customer Service Staff - Administration

What You Will Do

  • Represent EY Airline to receive bookings from customers.  
  • Tracking shipments from start to finish to avoid errors proactively and promptly resolving any issues that may arise. 
  • Providing customers with accurate and up-to-date information on cargo shipments, flight schedules, and relevant assistance and guidance. 
  • Managing customer records, cargo manifests, and reservation systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with Principal Airlines standards. 
  • Coordination with Space Control & Sales for booking orientation & handle reservation 
  • Working with agents to ensure shipments are checked in warehouse in “ready for carriage” condition. 
  • Compliance with Principle’ Manual & circulars to ensure cargo bookings are in line with regulation, policies. 
    AWB stock control. 
  • Prepare Cargo Loading Plan for flights and coordination with Space Control and Operation team to maximize capacity and loading. 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate cargo handling, shipment tracking, and documentation requirements to meet customer needs. 
  • Resolving customer complaints, issues, and escalations related to cargo services in a professional and customer-focused manner. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Fresher/newly-graduate or 1 year of experience in Aviation/GSA/Air Forwarder. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation/Business Administration/Foreign Trade or College of Foreign Trade Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain. 
  • Prefer candidates who have knowledge about Aircraft type/ULD, Air Cargo Basic. 
  • Good in English. 
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Be willing to work overtime and follow the airline's work schedule. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
