Finance Intern - Accounting

The Programme

This is a 6-month position focusing on Capital Compliance and Inventory Control, as part of Risk Management program.  

You will build strong knowledge on fixed asset and inventory management under Trade regulation as well as develop the skills to work in a professional workplace.  

Successful candidate will have chance to support Vietnam Finance team in Risk Management; join interesting Finance team's trainings and team activities; get valuable consultation from multiple experts from Risk Management team and other Finance areas (Tax, Customs, FPnA, Audit, etc.,). 

What You Will Do

• Conduct Fixed assets reconciliation between Finance book and Customs declaration sheet, ensure data accuracy between systems.
• Support Fixed assets management: issue E-tag, sync up system information on request basis.
• Prepare Internal Stock Transfer, support other data preparation.
• Conducting surprise checks at Intel's external warehouses, on a quarterly basis to ensure Inventory management by 3PL is fully complied to Customs/ Intel's requirement.
• Support other Risk Management tasks if required (Capital Management, Inventory Controls, Internal Audit)
• Refresh and maintain spending dashboard, headcount report, part of FP&A area. 

Required Skills and Abilities

• 3rd or last year student pursuing bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Good use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong Excel skills are a must. Having knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Ownership mindset, detail-oriented, due diligent, good communication skill is preferred.
• Have strong English communication skill. Can work well both independently and in a team.
• Can work full-time 4 days/week and enroll in a six-month internship program.
