Customer Service Intern - Administration

CHALLENGE:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email or other communication channels. 
  • Assist customers in resolving issues, providing appropriate solutions, or escalating complex issues to the relevant department. 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 
  • Assist other team members, provide support and report to the Supervisor/ Team Leader.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • 3rd or 4th student from a relevant field of study (e.g., business administration, marketing, communications, or related field). 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Good English skills.
