What You Will Do

Finance:

• Preparing credit assessments in form for customers. 
• Sales contract preparation. 
• Arranging all original FCM & Contracts. 
• Support administration: affix, report, scan, send letter. 
• External audit documents preparation.

Logistics:

• View shipping docs and provide to customer as contract states. 
• Submit original contract and supporting docs to accountants for billing. 
• Prepare forms as per request: Advance/Payment request, customer/vendor code creation.

Required Skills and Abilities

• University student Business Administration or Finance background.
