What You Will Do

\r\n

Recruitment:

\r\n

Working closely with recruitment coordinator, supporting/following up to complete onboarding documents with newcomers.
Work closely with People Service & Payroll team, stakeholder’s suppliers, vendors to support benefits in kind arrangement, Healthcare medical Insurance program.

\r\n

Coordinate with Hub team to work on other admin & documentation work:

\r\n

Check and review HR articles, filing employee profiles, document translation.
Supporting other admin assigned tasks by HRBP Manager.
