Human Resources Trainee

We are currently looking for an HR Trainee to join us.

Responsibilities of the role:  

• Assist in processing requests for starters, movers & leavers on our system.  
• Assist to collect, track & arrange labor contracts, employee profiles, HR documents.  
• Learn how to work with HR transformation systems.  
• Support to complete HR projects as needed.  
• Support in communication activities across agencies.  
• Assist in logistic preparation for training activities and employer branding events. 
• Other administrative and paperwork tasks assigned by the line manager. 

Required Skills and Abilities 

Join us if you are:  

• A junior/senior student or a fresh-graduated who can be available for the full-time 6 months duration internship.  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details. 
• Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word & Excel. 
• Comfortable working with systems and handling multiple tasks with tight deadlines.  
• Ability to poise in handling highly confidential information. 
• Careful, patient, proactive and highly responsible. 
• Eager to learn, energetic, flexible & adaptable to quick changes, able to communicate clearly & cleanly.
• Good at English skill in writing and reading is a plus.
