Our Future Leaders Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate the development of graduates who don’t have significant previous professional work experience in the area to which they are applying.

Of course, many graduates who join the program have worked while studying or after graduation.

If you’ve already developed substantial experience working in a professional role in your sector, while you would be able to apply for this program, you may also want to look at direct entry roles in our businesses, as these may be the best way to build on your existing skills and expertise and develop a career at GSK.

Our Commercial business has a broad portfolio of innovative and established medicines and vaccines which positively impact the health of hundreds of millions of people worldwide.

Over two years, our Future Leaders Graduate Programme will challenge and support you to grow professionally and personally.

You will gain a broad and fascinating insight into our Commercial business through three rotations within your country where you will build Sales and Marketing capabilities as well as differentiated capabilities relevant for your development and offboarding, e.g., data & analytics, project management, etc.

At the end of the programme, you should be equipped to offboard into\u202fsales, marketing\u202for other commercial roles locally and accelerate your career – there’s no limit to how far you can go with us.

What You Will Do

\r\n

Build your scientific knowledge of our products.
Represent our products to Healthcare Professionals and customers.
Develop brand plans and/or deliver globally aligned marketing campaigns for different customer groups.
Apply a data driven approach to problem-solving & idea generation.
Work in teams (incl. cross-functional teams).
Prioritize and manage multiple objectives and deadlines.
Drive own performance and development with support from leaders.

Required Skills and Abilities

\r\n

Education required - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university with a focus in Pharmaceutical OR Marketing.
Language requirement - Native Vietnamese, Written and spoken fluency in English.
Other requirements - Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations.
