Are you looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator at a leading global professional services firm where you will have a great opportunity to gain valuable work experience by learning the ropes from more experienced professionals? 
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic L&D Coordinator to join our firm with below major responsibilities and job requirements: 

What You Will Do

• Support material preparation before each course and facilitate the organizing of training courses. 
• Remind participants about the course and follow up the pre – course with participants. 
• Support in managing attendance of each class. 
• Support on putting attendance record into the SuccessFactors. 
• Support L&D team in compulsory reports preparation. 
• Support in VACPA exam registration for employee.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Having at least 1 year of experience in relevant role or admin, coordinator.  
  Graduated with Bachelor's degree majoring in Business, Language, etc.  
• English proficiency (verbal & written). 
• Good communication skills and positive attitude. 
• Attentive to details, mature and result oriented. 
• Teamwork spirit.
