Business Process Organization Intern - Economics

What You Will Do

• Maintain Vietnamese customer master data. 
• Get customer feedback on DHL service then summarize all details into internal system. 
• Do report, analyze the results then advise to Department monthly. 
• Ensure customer’s information is aligned between MDM, CW1 and requested. 
• Take note quickly and correctly of what the customer mentions in the call.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Final year students can work AT LEAST full 4 days per week (prefer candidate can work 5 days per week) for 6 months (COMPULSORY). 
• Good at English communication. 
• Background in Economics, Logistics and Analytics. 
• Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn. 
• Ability to quickly negotiate with customer in a short call. 
• Good at MS Office.
