SO - Requirement Management Intern - JP N3

What You Will Do

Your main responsibility would be:

• Receive specification documents from customer. 
• Import the content of specification in various formats (word, excel, pdf, matrix...) into Door's system, manage version, set attribute and layout as per customer requirement. 
• Ensure consistency of attribute, layouts for all modules. 
• Reflect changes of specification into system when having updates. 
• Develop and manage project metrics. 
• Be in charge of other activities such as system configuration management, baseline copy, tracking report. 
• Optional: Develop automation tool for repetitive tasks using VBA/RPA.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Business Administration. 
• Logical and analytical thinking. 
• Good at English communication. 
• Japanese N3 or above.
