Receptionist + Admin Intern

What You Will Do

• Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling. 
• Handle calls to the company in a professional manner. 
• Handle mail, couriers, etc. and deliver accordingly. 
• Manage meeting room booking. 
• Manage company taxi cards and parking services. 
• Manage stationery for the office. 
• Check and verify bills, expenses; make payment requests to the suppliers. 
• Support internal staff sales and other events of the company.

Required Skills and Abilities

• 3rd or 4th student who could join full-time internship. 
• Good ability of English communication. 
• Strong customer focus. 
• Capable of MS office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
