Project Intern – Information Technology

What You Will Do

Strong coordination role for the Department activities, including: 
 
Department activities:

  • Support for Q4.0 project of QMM6. 
  • Support to review and input for application and new project of QMM6. 
  • Act as an event co-organizer: Workshop, informal & formal events. 
  • Ensure stationary supply & goods receiver from supplier. 
  • Be a fund controller of department budget. 
  • Other administration tasks.

Plant activities:

  • Support CSR activities (arrangement, preparation for HcP volunteer programs, blog writing). 
  • In charge of Suggestion Scheme work package (reports, communication, council, focus week).

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Third-year or final-year students majoring in Project, IT, Communication, Management or any relevant fields commit to a full-time internship lasting 6 months. 
  • Good English communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (VBA). 
  • Be able to adapt to international working environment & cultural diversity. 
  • Reliable, proactive, high commitment, creative thinking, willing to learn and do new things.
