Overland Transport Order Desk Execution Intern

What You Will Do

  • Be a main contact point for Transport Order (TO) creation in Transport Management System (TMS). 
    Overland TO Desk responsibility: 
  • Collect & verify transport related information such as commercial invoices, cargoes, incoterms, etc. provided by suppliers & warehouse team. 
  • Create/ update TO in TMS based on defined work instructions and standard processes. 
  • Monitor TO’s status & e-docs from open to close. 
  • Report to direct superior in case of exceptions. 
  • Any other task assigned by the direct superior sometimes.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Preferable students in last semester related to Logistic, Foreign Trade, International Trade, Supply Chain, Customs Clearance, etc. 
  • Good English communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel is a must. Optional: Word, PowerPoint. Power BI or Python is an advantage. 
  • Proactive, hardworking, and independent. 
  • Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development. 
  • Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage. 
  • Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university. 
  • Preferable candidates who can work full-time (8hrs/day, Mon-Fri)
