Logistics Operations Intern - Business

What You Will Do

  • Shipment tracking support, deliveries and inventory follow up. 
  • Maintain master data and proceed logistics operation on SAP as per source planner’s instruction. 
  • Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports of deliveries and inventories as per supervisor’s request. 
  • Other admin tasks assigned by manager or supervisor.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Students major in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, and other related fields. 
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management is preferred. 
  • Eloquent in English and Vietnamese. 
  • Knowledge of Chinese is a plus. 
  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
  • Strong attention to details. 
  • Effective communication skills. 
  • Motivated in learning from work. 
  • Active in asking & responding to assignments. 
  • Adaptive to team's working environment & company culture. 
  • Willing to receive feedback & take improving actions accordingly. 
  • Have a mindset that it is necessary to report unknown things/matters.

Additional Information

  • Be entrusted with your own area of responsibility. 
  • Regular working time: 8AM – 4.30PM Mon-Fri (including 1-hour lunch break).
