Logistics Intern - Administration

What You Will Do

Daily Operations Support:

  • Update KPI – management, department dashboard & reports. 
  • Monitor and update team-board reports. 
  • Maintain SAP master-data, special freights reports. 
  • Check invoices from forwarders. 
  • Support inventory counting and shop floor cycle management. 
  • Contact different departments (e.g., Manufacturing, Controlling, Quality) on dedicated assigned tasks.

Management Support:

  • Update department documents (e.g., Value-Stream-Management, etc.). 
  • Support system improvement projects and digitalization projects. 
  • Create reports and presentations for department management. 
  • Organize and co-moderate workshops, campaigns and other assigned events.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Third-year or final-year students majoring in Business Administration or Business Sciences with focus/interest on logistics commit to a full-time 6-month internship. 
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written). 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access). 
  • Personality traits: Reliable, open-minded, strong team player, pro-active, performance-oriented, customer-oriented. 
  • First contact with SAP is preferred.
