Logistics Cost Clearance Intern

What You Will Do

• Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from document verification perspective. 
  Update billing template in system Cargo 2.5 timely. 
  Detective control for payment of all entities for logistic clearance cost. 
  Tracking delivery schedule for ongoing shipments. 
  Prepare monthly reports per supervisor’s request. 
  Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time.

Required Skills and Abilities

• University students in last semester major in Logistic, Foreign Trade, International Trade, Supply Chain, Customs Clearance, etc. 
• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese. 
• Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 
• Proactive, hardworking, and independent. 
• Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development. 
• Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have a big advantage.
