Internship - Sales Support Intern - Drive and Control Division

What You Will Do

• Create sales orders on SAP system, liaise with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. 
• Processing all sales-related paperwork, sales reports as requested by the supervisor. 
• Other tasks as requested by the supervisor.  

Required Skills and Abilities

• 3rd or 4th year student pursuing bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields 
• No working experience required, students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred. 
• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese. 
• Good in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, having SAP knowledge is a plus. 
• Communicate effectively with a high attention to details. 
• Careful, good time management skills, good task management skills. 
• Good communication, presentation skills and good numerical analysis. 
• Detail-oriented, good organization skills and logical thinking. 
• High sense of discipline and confidentiality. 
• Ability to work in multicultural teams.
