Internship - QMS & Project Intern

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)- HcP Process Compass. 
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of measures to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations e.g. IATF16949, Bosch central directive. 
  • Support to internal system and process audit activities: organize, coordinate and follow up action plan. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data on HcP performance metrics (KPI) 
  • Support the project leader in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities, milestones, and deliverables e.g. Preventive Quality, Gap Analysis, Q-Mindset project. 
  • Contribute to organize QMM7 informal & formal events (Q-mindset, PSD, Teambuilding, Diversity). 
  • Other admin task as assigned in ad-hoc cases.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Last year students majoring in Industrial Management/ Industrial Engineering system or a related field. 
  • Good at reading, writing and communication in English. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Presentation, PowerBI). 
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.  
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude. 
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions. 
  • Good design skill/video making is a plus.
