Internship - Legal Intern

What You Will Do

  • Attendance of know-how sessions.
  • Familiarization with the legal organization, policies and central directives of Bosch in SEA.
  • Perform legal research in all aspect of Vietnam laws (corporate, business activities, commercial, investment, cybersecurity and data protection, real estates, IP, etc.).
  • Support in drafting and vetting internal guidelines and standards.
  • Support in drafting internal legal circulars, proposals for management approval.
  • Coordination with external service providers including translators and corporate secretarial service providers.
  • Assist in creation of internal checklists, management of legal database of contracts, entity constitutional documents, clause library, etc. 

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Final year from university majoring in Law.
  • Working experience in foreign companies or prestigious law firms is a plus.
  • Eloquent in Vietnamese; excellent in English writing and speaking skills.
  • Standard skill for Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
  • Strong academics.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to resolve problems in a professional manner.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discipline and ability to work effectively and independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to identify good practices and areas for improvement in team performance.
  • Open minded.
  • Curious about business.
  • Regular working hours: 6-8hrs/day, Monday-Friday.
