Internship - Finance Controlling Intern

What You Will Do

• Cost planning and controlling for HSE department supporting. 
• Inventory scrapping and stocktaking difference releasing. 
• Monthly business reporting (time schedule and task releasing in Teams, personnel capacity, overhead cost, IFRS16). 
• Resource controlling (inventory and fixed asset stocktaking, asset labelling). 
• Improvement topics supporting: Power Automation, Power BI, SAP BW, etc.  
• Meetings preparing and minutes recording.  
• Preparing presentations (slides, marketplaces). 
• Other ad-hoc tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities

• 3rd- or 4th-year students major in Finance, Accounting or Auditing. 
• Effective English communication. 
• Being careful and accurate in dealing with numbers.  
• Willing to learn, proactive, and strong team player. 
• Being proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
• Power BI know-how is a plus.
