Internship - Facility Intern

What You Will Do

• Waste management (Data input and analysis). 
• Uniform management (delivery, order, report, scan file, stocktaking).  
• Document control (Controlling department documents, document translation). 
• Locker management (deliver, revoke, update info). 
• Housekeeping – Check condition of cleaning service in shopfloor and office. 
• Tea break: Prepare tea break for visitor (arrange, order, tracking). 
• Supporting events such as Team building, year and party, VIP visit. 
• Others task as assign.

Required Skills and Abilities

• 3rd-or 4th-year students major in Business Administration, English or related fields. 
• Good English and Vietnamese communication skill. 
• Good organizational skills. 
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook. 
• Reliable, proactive, patient. 
• Detail-oriented, ability to work with numbers.
