Internship - Corporate Purchasing Intern - Procurement

What You Will Do

  • Prepare documents for Purchasing Order issuing and APN project. 
  • Prepare supplier database, follow up RFQs (Request for quotations). 
  • Deal with local and oversea suppliers directly to support RFQ, vendor creation. 
  • Support local and oversea buyers in the purchasing process. 
  • Follow up and support in implementation of strategy tasks and KPI for purchasing department. 
  • Follow up purchasing contacts. 
  • Do other daily business assistance.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period with major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain. 
  • No working experience required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage. 
  • Eloquent in English and Vietnamese. 
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), familiar with SAP software. 
  • Personal skills, Time Management skills, Task Management skills. 
  • Good communication and presentation skills. 
  • Eyes for details and good organization skills. 
  • High sense of discipline and confidentiality. 
  • Ability to work in multicultural teams. 
  • Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development. 
  • Regular working time: Monday-Friday (9AM-6PM).
