Internship - Controlling Intern

What You Will Do

  • Release block orders (includes ASA). 
  • Run Sales report weekly (OI + OH + AR). 
  • Sales prognosis coordination. 
  • Sales Prognosis upload. 
  • Sales prognoses refresh on 1st WD in mornings. 
  • Credit limit review. 
  • AR review and action. 
  • Stock take / stock take adjustments. 
  • Mass Customer discounts upload. 
  • Price/ Customer Discounts / MPG update. 
  • Release block orders. 
  • Credit limit review. 
  • Release block orders. 
  • Credit limit review. 
  • Prepare slide for Performance review. 
  • Sale Commentary. 
  • Support to raise JV (accrual, re-class).

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Entitled as full-time student for 6 months internship period with major in Finance/Accounting/Auditing/etc. 
  • Eloquent in English and Vietnamese. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Knowledge of SAP and other accounting systems. 
  • Time management and task management skills. 
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. 
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, high sense of responsibility, integrity with “can do” attitude. 
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
