EHS Admin Intern - Environment

What You Will Do

• Coordinate to arrange training classes as legal requirements. 
• Supporting in general EHS administrative activities, such as design and issue EHS brochures, stamps, labels, and instructions. 
• Support to carry out entry and exit processes. 
• Make daily and monthly reports for access control. 
• Co-ordinate and support EHS meetings and training. 
• Assist EHS associates in taking general actions/tasks.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Be able to participate in full time internship (8 working hours per day, 5 days per week). 
• Last year students majored in Labor and Safety /Environment / Technical are preferred or other majors. 
• Good at MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Capable of communicating in English (both verbal and non-verbal). 
• Willing-to-learn attitude. 
• Reliable, careful, pro-active, highly disciplined. 
• Non-experience is accepted.
