Data Security Partner Intern - DSP Intern - Computer Science

What You Will Do

• Delivery PIN letter for associates. 
• Off-boarding process: Delete account for resignation associates. 
• On-boarding process: Follow up training status of new associates and external associates. 
• Update Metric report.

Other tasks on request:

• Single point of contact to consult on enquiries on information security and data protection topics based on company policies and national laws. 
• Create Information Security and Data Protection reports for Department Heads to review and comply with company central directives. 
• Implement regular checks of IT access rights. 
• Create ISP training/awareness material in order to host and conduct training/awareness sessions for all supported associates. 
• Conduct audits regarding Information security and data protection in the supported departments. 
• Work towards regulation compliance for personal data information use in cooperation with the head of department. 
• Perform ISP risk analysis and identify mitigation measures. 
• Provide regular up-to-date relevant ISP awareness via mail, Teams, department meetings etc.

Required Skills and Abilities

Technical:

• Education: University degree in Law, Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable studies. 
• 4th University student (can work full-time). 
• Minimum working experience: n.a 
• Language: advanced Eng (understanding / spoken); others language (Japanese/German) is a plus. 

Soft Skills:

• Reading comprehension. 
• Public speaking/Presentation. 
• Creativity. 
• Detailed orientation thinking. 
• Ability to focus as well as multi-task. 
• Assertive and objective communication.
