Assistant Intern for PC - Accounting

What You Will Do

• Checking and controlling daily incoming/outgoing documents in compliance with company internal/external procedures and regulations. 
• Partly handing the Company seal related tasks according to the respective Central Directives and Guidelines. 
• Collaborating with functional departments for Quarterly gratuities reports and documentation. 
• Preparing the annual Long Service awards and thank-you letter and distributing them to all respective departments. 
• Supporting the administrative and event tasks. 
• Translating documents (English, Vietnamese). 
• Other tasks (i.e. internal audit, compliance support, RBGF changes) will be assigned depending on your performance.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Education: Last-year student (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade and Accounting). 
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skill. 
• Master of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).  
• Personality: Careful, willing to learn, patient.  
• Good communication skills.
